Order Processing

All skincare systems are sold in limited monthly releases from pre-produced batches.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

• Processing includes order verification, packing, and handover to the courier

• Orders placed during an active release window are fulfilled from available inventory

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on courier and destination:

• South Africa: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• International (if offered): Delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Some customers may qualify for complimentary delivery through ownership of digital products, loyalty access, or promotions.

• Products are released in controlled monthly allocations

• Once a release sells out, sales pause until the next release

• Restock dates are not guaranteed
