Refund policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations for skincare products:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded

  • Refunds or returns are only accepted if:

    • The product arrives damaged

    • The incorrect item was delivered

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect use of products

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities (patch testing is the customer’s responsibility)

Digital products (PDFs, downloads):

  • Are delivered electronically

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • May grant access to benefits like complimentary delivery, priority access to batches, or notifications

  • Benefits may change or be withdrawn without prior notice

Refill products (once available):

  • Are only for verified system customers

  • Are intended for maintenance, not first-time use

  • Opened refill products are not eligible for returns
